Web platforms, business applications and integrations, with founder-led delivery from the first useful version through implementation and launch.
Agree the users, workflows, priorities and acceptance criteria
Develop the application and integrations in increments you can see and test
Agree the deployment environment, responsibilities and readiness checks
Provide the agreed code and documentation, with maintenance and further work scoped explicitly
What will someone need to submit, find, approve or manage? We define the users, workflows and first-release priorities together. That gives the build a clear purpose and gives you a practical way to review it.
An example client portal: submit a request, review the information and see its status.
Client portals, fundraising platforms, onboarding and operational applications are examples of the work Shape covers. We agree the interface flows, data, access and integrations, then implement and test the defined scope. The first release is shaped around the task people need to complete.
Move one part of an application at a time, with checks between the existing and new systems.
Add a workflow, connect a service or modernise the parts that are difficult to change. Front-end and service modernisation, in Angular, React, NestJS or FastAPI, remain areas of expertise. We establish the current behaviour, agree the migration scope and test changes alongside the system that must keep working.
Code changes pass through tests and human review before release.
AI tools can support research, codebase understanding, implementation, tests and documentation. Daniel remains responsible for technical decisions and review. Using AI in delivery does not mean the application needs an AI feature.
Before delivery starts, we agree scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and exclusions. Launch, data migration, hosting, handover and ongoing support are included only as agreed. Schedules reflect confirmed delivery capacity.
